Notes for printing out your copy:

You can print out on your printer at home – just follow the instructions in your printer settings. Most modern printers allow you to print double sided and also in ‘booklet’ format. If you only want to print out entry forms, select to print pages 18-21. NB: The Guide front cover is not numbered – Page 1 is inside, so your printer will count the cover as Page 1!)
